Had a AC unit running sluggishly after a bad tenant. He dismantled the outside unit to find it was suffocating with grass clippings. Got it back running strong after 1 visit. This company continues to produce efficient results every call. I appreciate the quick diagnosing and repair. This guy is busy but dont let that stop you from calling. They get to you quick and get you up and running even quicker. They are consistently consistent with desired outcomes!!! Top notch and dependable which is a hard to find combination. Great service, friendly technician, knowledgeable, punctual, and diagnosed our issues quickly both times. By far the best AC company I have had to work with. John specifically is great to work with!
We’ve used these guys in Midland and San Angelo and can tell you we’ve never experienced customer service like we have from any other service company. 10 out of 10. They show up when they say and always fair !
If I could give more than five stars I would! I put in a service request with my home warranty and less than 30 minutes later I got a call from Trace that they were in the neighborhood and could come take a look to find the problem. They were here within five minutes of that call. Very kind and understanding and he definitely cares about his customers and community. If you need service for your air conditioner Midland Air Conditioning will take great care of you!

What stood out most was their honesty and integrity — they were genuinely focused on helping me fix the problem, not trying to upsell me or take advantage of the situation. In a world where so many companies are out to make a quick buck, Midland Air Conditioning was a breath of... read more
