This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. Every time I come here it is at least a 45 minute wait in the outside waiting room then an additional 15-20 in the exam room waiting. I’m waiting right now as I write this, 45 minutes past the scheduled appointment. Probably the last time I come here. Horrible experience all around.
Doctors and nurses are great here, but it's impossible to reach someone at the front desk. I tried to call them several times on different days, but no one picked up. Also left a message, but never received a call back. They need to improve their answering service as it's really inconvenient to stop by every time to schedule an appointment or to leave a message for the doctor.
Excellent group of doctors.
I strongly do not recommend this place ! They do not do pre authorization for anything. Medications , MRI or anything your insurance requires. They want you to use their MRI machines , X-ray machines and not go out of office like to a hospital! Stay away ! They will give you a $1,000 back brace’ They need to be investigated!
Had a difficult spinal stenosis surgery several days ago. Dr. is Caruso handled my surgery. This was by far the most organized medical office I have ever seen. Whether you are visiting there office or having them coordinate all surgical matters with the hospital, they are on top of it all. Dr. Caruso was terrific. As an example, before our first meeting, I gave the office a 6 page letter detailing my entire medical history. I am 75 years old, a lot of history over 75 years.
