After having a service crew out to inspect my roof, I never heard back from them, despite sending them 3 emails asking them to update me on the roof and what the plan was to fix/replace it. Each day wasted on waiting to hear back, the roof was leaking like a sieve. I ended up having to call another roofing company and I was so glad I did; they were out to assess the roof within 48 hours, were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and had a report and plan in place by the end of the business day.
As we were renovating an old structure our contractor suggested we have the roof inspected and recommended Midhurst. WoW are we glad he did! They came to assess promptly and provided an estimate two days later. Work started and finished on time and I can't say enough good things about the team. They were professional yet personable and obviously happy working together. That says a great deal about the company as well as the individuals. A positive experience in every way!
I don't know who these guys hire and let drive their company vehicles, but they're definitely not out there making a good name for the company. By the way, they handle themselves on the road
Disappointed with Midhurst Roofing's Service I recently contacted Midhurst Roofing after hearing about their services on the radio, hoping to get a report on my roof that I could provide to my builder. Initially, I spoke with two representatives who assured me that they could handle the report and would come out, see the scope of work and provide a repair schedule. Very happy with my service today. Our first year with bad ice dams. These guys did a great job and didn’t price gouge. They did more than I expected them to do. Highly recommend.
