They are professional and new builds are good. Customer services are okay. Provided couple of upgrades free of costs, very much appreciated, like wooden floor, 1 wash room countertop, coffered ceiling of libraby room, they provide seasonal advices and notifications which are helpful for new buyers to settle, flexible to do customized interior design and re-designing prior construction etc. But unfortunately they also provided very cheap materials intentionally in some cases, like door bells (in 2 yrs, had to chage 3 times), ... read more

They are professional. New builds are good. Customer services are okay. But unfortunately they provide cheap materials intentionally in some cases, like door bells (in 2 yrs, had to chage 3 times) exhaust fans in washroom very noisy, fencing, quality assurance staffs are below average and questionable and they are sent to fix issues etc. Recommend to check smaller items throughly before delivery. Bigger items are also to look at but good. Interacting with the owner is very annoying, and he wants to intervene in every single ... read more
