Midgett Realty is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. My four young grandkids have been waiting outside a $2400 rental for 3 hours after riding in a car all night to get here. It turns out that the company guaranteed a ......6PM check in time. That steals a day on the rental. The woman at the Rhodanthe office says it takes so long because they don't want to pay enough cleaners. I will never do Midgett again.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. PLEASE READ! My wife spent an insane amount of time trying to find the right property. She came across a rental property from Midgett Realty and it was the perfect home. We went back and forth via email with one of the booking agents regarding keeping the pool open. I sent a message to the agent asking them to forward to the property owner. Never got a response or confirmation.
