They will nickel and dime you to death. We store our RV in one of their lots. If you want to switch to a different spot, you have to go through a whole new lease process and they will charge you a prorated amount for the new spot but not refund you any of the original spot. It's fine if you do this transaction at the end of the month but it you do it closer to the beginning of the month (like we did) you get charged nearly double rent for the month JUST FOR SWITCHING SPOTS. After an initial snafu with my code not working, everything was fixed and the online support via text was very responsive. Facility is nice and secure
Moving into Midguard from another storage facility has been seamless with the right amount of communication with the virtual manager. Met with the site manager Scott and he was fantastic!! He was very hospitable and patient in showing us a few of the storage areas where wanted to park our camper. I was very impressed that he was able to be in person and help us in our decision process. They were awesome getting all my stuff together and getting that code fast. They even got a document I forgot, and I got charged for it. Scott, their rep, reached out to fix it. I wouldn't have even known, but they fixed it and gave me my money back. Seriously great customer service!
