I've never stored anything here only picked up a vehicle. It was a little tight getting a lowboy in, but the facility looks very clean. There's plenty of room to get around with a normal rig, and the facilities appear to be very well kept.
The price point seemed great. Then came the customer service and fees. They seem to nickel and dime you and give a poor response. I was charged for their insurance. My camper never left the state of Tennessee and which means never entered in the state of Georgia and this facility. Coincidentally my camper was totaled due to a weather and tree falling on it the day before I had planned to bringing to the storage facility. I provided them photos so I could cancel the lease.
