Very patient in listening to my needs for a parking space. The virtual assistant was awesome. I had not done work with a virtual assistant before and was uncertain if it would be that useful, but it was awesome. You're talking to a live person on a big screen. I'm older (73) and not a techie, but the assistant was awesome.
