I spoke with Chris from Midgard this afternoon and it was a pleasure speaking with him. He was very thorough and patient as he broke down all the details of pricing, sizes and types of storage units. I would recommend to anyone.
Why I would NEVER rent here again. I got my first unit (10x10) and all seemed well. I needed to store some larger items, so I reserved a second larger unit (10x20). The same day, I arrived to find that their dock is not a standard height for a box truck, I could not unload my equipment at the facility. I notified MidGard the same day of the situation and have been getting the run around. Now they want me to pay and take pictures to show that I've moved out of a unit I have never moved into.
