This storage facility is by far the best I have had to use, Mo has been helpful each and everytime we needed something. Will definitely continue to use Midgard for all our future storage needs!!
Chase made the process easy to follow and was very detailed in providing all the important information.
We had 2 storage units here and under the old owners, it was fantastic. When Midguard took over, it became constant rate increases - at least 3 times a year. This year they added required lock rental with a BS explanation about how it’s for the customer, safety convenience, etc. it’s just another way to add an additional income stream because frankly in 4 years we have never had an issue with security.
