Pretty easy and straightforward. It took less time to get a storage unit than the last place I used. The unit came with a lock. Decent prices. They had some packing and storage supplies for sale. The storage units are level but the rest of the pavement is sloped, seemingly to prevent flooding which is nice.
Easiest experience to rent and best customer service I have had in a very long time.
The staff were helpful and patient, very professional!
