I hate your AI screen trying to rent a space but finally got a hold of a real person Jay. He was patient and kind getting me all signed up. It was a real pleasure dealing with him after the very unpersonable experience with your AI screen. I would rate Jay as a 5 plus and your AI as a 1.
This is the most horrible place to get a storage unit from I don’t recommend it to any one very unprofessional
Very respectful, answers all questions , make sure you know how to use the gate code, has a open storage unit you can look at to compare if you will need a bigger or smaller storage unit
Great area, the only problem I have is the water run off areas and I can't pull my two axle cargo trailer without it coming unhook from my truck. All those areas are two steep going down and coming up. Other than that it's very clean and secured.
This storage company is very neat & easy to get to. The staff is very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!
