Laidy was extremely helpful and kind showing a great deal of patience for me ( 55yrs ) and my Mom that’s 82 yrs old. We had difficulty communicating on the virtual screen because we are hearing impaired. I can’t speak enough of how great we were treated and the assistance she provided for us.
Laidy was extremely friendly, efficient and pleasant to work with. Laidy made the sign up process painless and easy to do. A very nice person too
