Good prices at first. Double charged me for two different storage units and never refunded the money after talking to customer service. Then doubled my monthly payment.
I worked with Tyler tkday and he could not have been more helpful. Great customer service and follow through. He answered all my questions and was thorough, making sure I was 100% comfortable with the information. 10 for 10 on every aspect of my experience. Thank you very much Tyler!
They explained and helped me with transition . If I didn't understand they would break it down for me since I am a senior citizen. Was intimidated with having to talk to a person on a screen but am getting use to it.
I live in Cleveland Ga. And I was treated respectfully and I felt like the manager “Wendy” had my best interest at heart. She went out of her way to help and get me the best price on the unit. If I was still in the retail business I would definitely try and hire her…..Wendy did an out standing job with customer care.
