Very quick and helpful staff from the first phone call asking questions, all the to finalizing the paperwork. I would recommend Midgard for all of storage or moving needs!

Charged for unit I never moved into because of their poor website because it navigates you through agreements just to see pricing. Contacted multiple times and given generic AI answers. Charged over $120 for no reason.
As of right now, I am giving this storage facility 1 out of 5 stars. I cannot access my unit because the doors are malfunctioning to get to the climate controlled units. There has not been a manager there to help out, the virtual managers have been great however. Will update once issue is resolved Updated 5/18: Property Manager called and was able to manually unlock the door today for me to access the unit.
