The renting process was so easy. The numbering on the building was confusing, but I called and got the exact location of the building. Kary was the most gracious employee, and went above and beyond to assist me. I will recommend to everyone. Kary is the type of employee that I teach my high school students about in the customer service unit. Thanks again for the great experience.

When I arrived to pick up my reserved vehicle, it was not available—an incredibly frustrating and inconvenient experience. I was then assured that I would receive a $50 Reservation Guarantee as compensation for the inconvenience. However, that promise was never fulfilled. This experience left me disappointed both with the service and the lack of follow-through on their commitment.
