The renting process was so easy. The numbering on the building was confusing, but I called and got the exact location of the building. Kary was the most gracious employee, and went above and beyond to assist me. I will recommend to everyone. Kary is the type of employee that I teach my high school students about in the customer service unit. Thanks again for the great experience.

I rent a unit on Saturday. I was planning to start using the unit on Sunday. When I approached the gate, code did not work. I had to try 3 different codes before gate opens. Once I got to unit , lock would not work open . Tried multiple times before lock opened. On a return trip back to unit , lock would not open . Called the number listed and they said try several things but lock never open Got a severe cut on my thumb from a jagged piece of metal. Lock never opened.
