Chase provided great customer service and made the application and onboarding super easy. He provided step by step instructions on completing our application and prepared us for access to the facility. Chase was friendly and was able to answer all questions with ease!
I had a unit here. It was pretty safe never had a break in easy to rent and access the unit locks with code so it’s easy as I tend to lose keys often regional manager reached out to see how everything went after my move out pretty happy looking to rent here again in August of this year.

It's okay. They don't have anyone in person to help you if you need something. It's always on video but the video people are usually pretty helpful for the most part. The worst part is if you don't pay on time they lock your unit and it's a whole hassle to go through to get it unlocked and be able to access your stuff again.
