Great system for renting and management of storage units. Knowledge and friendly customer service.
I fully expected to be able to talk to a person on site when I entered the office. I was surprised that I would be dealing with someone on a TV screen who would be interacting with me. I found this to be very cumbersome and time consuming, and there was no place for me and my wife to sit down. We are elderly, and in pain if we have to stand too long.
