Customer service (Adam) at the Viera facility was very helpful with finding a solution to the problem that I was having with the lock on the storage unit that I had rented. He didn’t just pass me on to someone else or tell me that he couldn’t help me but stayed with it till the issue was resolved.
Great experience. Thank you to Kesha. She was knowledgeable about the process and details. This is our first time renting a unit and between Kesha and Taylor they made it a piece of cake! Many thanks. And they should run the training sessions with their great personalities and expertise :) We also met Pete the property manager and he was friendly and helpful! All in all it’s been very helpful with our move to the area.

I did not have a good experience with this facility. Starting with the ridiculous rate increases that nearly doubled my cost within 1 1/2 years, the additional monthly charges to put their own lock on my unit after they initially sold me the original lock, the virtual agent… to the larger issue of paying a premium for climate control when my unit on an average was over 90 degrees.
