This is the second time I’ve rented from this location and the equipment I reserved was not available. What made it even more frustrating was that no one contacted me ahead of time to let me know. My reservation was for 6:00 AM on a Sunday, so there was no one available to help or offer a solution. Had I been informed in advance, I would have rented from a different location. Darryl was so much help, as a repeat customer he recognized that i was in the system and the process went smoothly. He was helpful with suggesting couple very usual products! It was a pleasure meeting Darryl and doing business with him at that location. Love happy people!
