Jewels, my virtual assistant, was patient and incredibly helpful in guiding me through app rental issues…she was a “angel on the screen” lol
We arrived in the early morning darkness to pick up the truck. The directions to retrieve the key from a lock box in a poorly lighted area were unclear. The truck was behind an electrical sliding fence, and there was no clear indication of an unlocked walk-through gate. The truck was not cleaned, and the gas tank was so empty that we ran out of gas after 22 miles.
