I needed help with the new lock security code, and Chris solved my problem. He was polite, professional, and very patient. I wasted about 45 minutes of his time, but he acted as if I were the most important customer of the day. Great guy!
I work night shift and renting here was a breeze. I didn't know when I signed up that id have 48hrs to return locks, and a week to send Id pictures or my gate access would be suspended. I did the online portion for contactless leasing late Saturday night and was worried about being able to make all that happen over the weekend especially being a night owl, since It didn't email me a gate code.
