My only problem is getting into the place was a little complicated for me because he had to go online and get a code to open the lock with and there's nobody in the office you have to call and sometimes you don't always get anybody to answer the phone
Overall, Midgard Storage has been a great company to work with. My experiences with the corporate-level staff have always been positive — they are responsive, helpful, and solution-oriented. Unfortunately, my experience with the property manager at the facility has been the complete opposite. I have rented a temperature-controlled unit at this location for the past 2.5 years. I have been with Midgard Self Storage for a very long time, and thought out the years and have dealt with many of the people Midgard Self Storage has employed though out the years...
