We relocated to NC from Massachusetts. We had to make a major change in our plans at the last minute. We needed immediate assistance with storage and returning a uhaul trailer. Steven and Edward in Wilmington were great, very nice, polite and extremely helpful. We greatly appreciate all the help and relieving some stress from our situation.
Place is clean. I prefer the climate controlled in this heat. I worked with multiple people adding a second unit and changed my mind several times. All were great. The onsite person at MidGard closest to Carolina Beach is super helpful. Thank you all!
It served our purpose well . Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable . The increase amount for the unit kept going up way too much . From 89.00 to 220.00 . Not good . But the facility was well kept and secure.
Amazing customer service they really care for their people and will make sure you have a smooth experience!
