The virtual customer service was weird at first but honestly Karah was great and super helpful!
Midgard came highly recommended. While I think the Virtual Assisance in the lobby is a good idea, the Virtual Assistant got my paperwork wrong and I had to redo it. Also gave my ID, but had to resubmit as well. Also over charged me on agreed amount. Be careful with your AI virtual system. Otherwise all is well.
