Very easy and simple unit rental. Very nice manager to talk to with. Five star experience
Fast, easy rental and communication. One may alá carte 24 hrs access which I LOVE because my schedule is often the opposite of normal business hours. Clean, easy in, easy out.
They were advised I was leaving the unit end of March. My husband passed away and they were trying to charge a discontinued card, yet they never notified me that it didn't go through, so they billed me a late fee of $47 on the 10th. She advised that the payment is due the 1st of the month and that there was nothing she could do. I should have known to update the credit card information!! Unbelieveable that I'm suppose to know every single account that has been billed while I'm dealing with the death of my husband of 43 years... read more
