Great experience. Highly recommend.
Very frustrating experience and not at all the hassle-free process that was advertised. We reserved a unit based on the size shown online, but when we arrived the space was much smaller than represented and did not fit our needs. In the middle of moving, we had to stop, go back to the kiosk to make changes, leave the property to take photos proving the unit was empty, then return again to complete the process. Inconvenient. No chair to rest while checking. No hard copy of lease. Uhaul is a nightmare. Truck never showed up.
