Ali though to associates at the property I’ve spiken to are friendly, above them they are rude and not accommodating for the website issue of automatically charging you for a lock and no way to opt out. The facility can choose to credit you back, but refuse to do so.

Xiomara was so so helpful! I needed help getting into my unit and she was quick to help me and so sweet during my time there!! Definitely recommend this storage unit and if you need help going to Xiomara in the front office!
