Me and my mom walked into the cox creek location to look at storage units and for me to hopefully move locations and we were both shocked that nobody was there but it was more shocking when someone appeared up on a screen and was assisting us! Her name was Blake and she was so sweet and helpful! It was definitely a different experience but it was nice and convenient! Blake made the experience 10x better and we would love to talk to her again!! -Mandi
