After renting from them for a year or so. I would NOT suggest anyone to rent from this place at all!! They raise rent ever 3 months to the point my rent is almost double to what it was. And the unit price starting out is still the same! They give you some that it's based on the market but the market has not changed! So I went to close my account with them and they still made me pay for an extra month!!! So now my unit has been sitting empty for 2 months! And I'm still having to pay on it!
