Very friendly and experienced staff made my banking experience very easy and comfortable 👌
My financial advisor has been trying for weeks to contact this business about a simple mortgage question. The banker, nor anyone else in a position to help, will not take his calls or return messages. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I came in with a friend about a year ago and had a very disturbing experience. My friend was obviously agitated because he couldn’t access his funds, but was respectful. The VP pulled us into a side room and refused to give my friend access to any accounts under his name, the balances on those accounts or a list of any credit cards opened under his name or business.
