I want to thank Derrick Grayson, Bank Mgr at Midfirst Bank in Brookside/Tulsa, OK for his excellent customer service follow up. He and I had a recent misunderstanding due mostly to error on my part when I re-opened a checking account with them several weeks ago. I recently retired and online banking is new to me. He was kind enough to call and personally invite me to come back in the bank for more instruction … which I did today. I am a proud OU grad and excited to do business with Midfirst Bank in my neighborhood!
