There is this VERY VERY RUDE guy (so called dispatcher) working tonight (12/01/14). Called for a taxi and got disconnected; called back , gave him my address only to be told I do not no my own home address. As if that was not enough, he asked me whether I knew my phone number. Called for a cab, they said 30 min. An hour later i called back, they said 15 min. 30 min later i called back they said 15 more min. It took 3 hrs before they arrived. Hate this company.
