noise, noise and more noise The staff are truly wonderful. Responsive and wonderful to work with. However, the walls are thin and there is constant construction noise from in the building. Therefore, I would encourage you to look elsewhere if you value your sanity. It’s a shame, because as I say, the staff really are wonderful.
Do not move here I thought that I loved this apartment complex but when I decided to move out as I am moving out of state that is when all the problems began. I submitted a notice saying I would be out December 1st or sooner and I turned in my keys the day after thanksgiving. I am being charged for a portion of the rent on December 1st even though my notice said that I would be out December 1st or sooner. Best apartment I ever rented I stayed here for two years, it was great! The building management team is great, the concierge are awesome. The building is clean and great. I had 1 mouse but it was QUICKLY dealt with by the maintenance team (who is also quick and good at what they do.) The only reason I left this apt was because I'm trying to pay off debts and live under my means. Toxic Environment This complex is a nightmare. DO NOT MOVE IN!!! I have been living here for over 7 years and the place has become a toxic, dysfunctional mess. The management has no regard for resident comfort or health. They are more concerned with appearance than substance. Right now, they are painting halls with TOXIC fumes and my entire apartment is filled with the smell. There's poor ventilation and no consideration for people working from home during a pandemic. Very unprofessional Very unprofessional. I called to inquire about apartments some days ago because i was looking to move. I told them that i would like to schedule a time to view an apartment. Terrible Parking is insane, the office will tow in 20 minutes but it takes 2 hours for a tow truck to remove a vehicle from your assigned space. Roaches in apartment. Still waiting for maintenance to take action after 5 months. Noise is insane & no one cares, including the office staff.
Decent Place to Live Landmark is a decent place live. Pros: -Free utilities. Free parking -AC and heat works fine. -Updated kitchen and bath but the renovations look rushed and half-assed. The glazed tub only last about 3 months than it turns brown and black -The tenants are really nice -Vending machine on T level -No visible pest, but I hear them in the walls; no bugs so far. Worst housing experience ever! I moved in 3 months ago in this property, 2 days after I moved in the plumping had issues in my kitchen and it flooded. Overall, everything is old and neglected. I 've seen mice, spiders and millipedes even though I keep the apartment very clean. The worst of all is the noise due to the total lack of soundproofing. Bad management and outdated apartment I would not recommend living here. I lived here for a year and had so many issues with our building manager, half the time he didn't want to be bothered with questions or blamed us for our issues. Management in general seems to be incompetent and you get a different answer from everyone. It took several days and even weeks to get maintenance requests filled.
