The owners of this company and the kindest people who are really amazing at what they do. We had just had new carpeting installed in our home and not a month later our dog vomited on the carpet--huge stain. We called Steve the next day and he and his wife came out that very same day (after hours) to clean the rug by hand! They are so knowledgeable, kind, and have the BEST customer service. We will be customers for life! Thank you so very much for your kindness and excellent work!!

The owners are very friendly, diligent in their work and care about their customers' satisfaction. They were quick to come out to my home and clean my upstairs wall-to wall carpeting. They brought my area rugs to their shop for cleaning and returned them in a timely manner. Everything came out beautifully! I would contact again and highly recommend their services.

I had 2 large rugs and 2 4 x 6 rugs that needed to be cleaned. I had done my research regarding capet cleaning companies that came out to the house, and also renting a machine. Neither was going to work for me and my area rugs. I found Middletown Rug and Carpet cleaner, and after speaking to Deb, I was very happy. This company makes weekly runs to my town, for pickup and delivery. We have used Middletown Rug and carpet to clean our in home carpet. Steve was fast, reliable and efficient. Very friendly and accommodating. We have also had our ********** vacuum serviced through his business and always had excellent service. We recently purchased a refurbished ********** vacuum through him for a great price!
