I was in search of a new optometrist for my family after our last doctor stop taking our VSP insurance. I am so happy we found Dr. Wagner. He was able to get all three of my children appointments on the same day. Both Dr. Wagner and his assistant were friendly and kind. My children warmed up to them right away. Dr. Wagner preformed very thorough exams and even explained the images they captured of the back their eyes. They provide plenty of options of frames and fits. A fantastic doctor and human being. He genuinely cares.
Dr Wagner did not have my best Interest and upsells contacts . I told him exactly what I need and he did not listen to my needs . I think he needs to retire . Wants you to wear contacts for 6 months at a time . Did not listen to my needs . My husband makes and appt and they turned him away because he had too many walk ins . My husband is having a hard time seeing with his glasses as well . Would be nice to have a good dr here . But don’t waste your money at dr Wagner . Dr. Wagner is an awesome Optometrist! I needed a new prescription for my contacts and he was able to see me right away. He offered me multiple options for what kind of contacts I would like for a good price. I've had to buy my contacts online for the last 8yrs and he made it super easy for me get some the same day I saw him. He's very nice and really made me feel like he cared about what was best for me. I'll definitely be back to see him!
