Second time they denied my family care over something hospitals said they can do. They are lazy. This white woman came in acting like her child can't breathe but her child was playing in the waiting room with no coat & rsv. They took her right in skipped everyone. I am sorry that yesterday the doctor and the clinic in general were not interested in me on Monticello locations. Even though I arrived 15 minutes early, I sat outside for 25 minutes. They told me that the reason for the wait was that there were not enough rooms and therefore it would not be possible to enter me on time. Then I was brought in. For the second time in two weeks my family member is waiting days for medication to be called into the pharmacy.
Crazy wait time !!!! Almost 2 hours and after all that for a 2 minute test no working bathroom available this place is very sad never again and certainly no recommendation .
Samantha Garigliano the PA is wonderful! I also like Dr. Schwalb. They care for there patents. The nursing staff is top notch and so is the girls at the front! It is a busy office and they always try to get everyone in in a timely fashion!
Excellent care is provided. You get in quick and out fast as well!
