The maintenance and AC problems have been constant. Right now my apartment is sitting at 86 degrees and the AC still is not working properly. This has happened multiple times and it’s exhausting having to keep reporting the same issue over and over again. The lack of care for tenants when it comes to the bees on the property is unreal. An elderly woman almost fell trying to defend herself from the many bees that inhabit the property. You cannot sit outside your door without them flying right to you. Worst is pulling up and getting out your vehicle. They are right at your window. Who has to suffer an allergy attack from being stung for them to hire an exterminator???? It's 2023 this should of been handled before spring started.
