I booked a room through a 3rd party booking and due to weather, my plans had changed. I contacted the hotel and was informed that it was a no refund reservation and that if I was going to cancel, I would be out the money I paid for the reservation. After contacting the 3rd party and the hotel directly trying to get a refund, I decided that I would not cancel my reservation but instead make other plans but still use my reservation. We stayed at this hotel just to relax from traveling all day. This hotel looked like an old motel 6. Our room was so stinky!!!! There was old socks left by the bed from previous guest. The extra bed linen had pillows that looked brown instead of white. The room floor looked stain and the hallway floor was even worse. The hotel is looked very outdated and nasty. Upon checking out I asked the clerk if I could have a receipt she told me no because I booked on a traveling site. Wow! I will never stay at a Hilton hotel again. I w... read more
