Very disappointed in the poor customer service I received over the phone today. Trying to support a local business but will not tolerate being hung up on when asking for a quote on glass over the phone. Taking my framing needs elsewhere.

We did not hang up on you, and it is unfortunate you had a bad experience, but it is our policy not to provide quotes over the phone. You did not provide sizes, nor know what sort of glass you wanted, and this is a further reason that we do not give phone quotes. We offer a minimum of 12 varieties of glass and acrylic, that span the price range, and it is difficult to impossible to quote a price without knowing your needs and further discussion.
