The guy who runs the vacuum store there basically steals your money. My mom took a vacuum there for me to be cleaned because, to my horror, a mouse crawled up in the belt area and died (thanks for nothing, cats). Got it back, looked underneath, and the furry mouse carcass is still there!!! The area near the rollers are still caked in dust and grossness, too.
