Excellent service facility it’s state of the art. Staff is phenomenal.
I don't understand why the open doors application process and renewal should take longer than 6 weeks to complete. This is the second time my membership has expired, and i am told to paid 25 dollars for a guest pass for entrance, until the membership is renewed. Either the program coordinators are under staffed, or their is a significant deeper problem with the process,. Hopefully this should be upgraded and expedited so there is Not a time lapse in renewing memberships. please advise.
Love the Y, only have one complaint. The janitor in the women’s bathroom is always obnoxiously singing when me and my daughter come in. My daughter, who has severe sound sensory issues is extremely bothered by it and it makes our time here so incredibly difficult. The singing is always incredibly loud and she repeats the same words over and over every time we are there. I am sure other people are also bothered by this. YMCA please do something. It is affecting our otherwise positive experience here.
Love this place but the equipment is starting to smell like pee. I hope we’re taking the time to clean them when possible knowing the type of infections you could potentially get.
