The front desk workers acted SO strange when I tried to sign up. The one woman looked at me like I had 5 heads whenever I asked very simple questions about the membership. None of the workers could agree on pricing and it was so odd. How do you sign people up every day and you have no idea what to charge me? Every person I spoke to said something completely different. Nice big new gym. Plenty of weightlifting equipment in a well-lit and ventilated space on the second floor. The pool has a splash pad for kids. There are free lockers to put your stuff in while you exercise. Great facility overall.
I had a disappointing experience at this location today. I dropped my daughter off at the child care area while I worked out, and when I picked her up, she was quietly crying. Another kid had jumped on her hand, and no staff noticed. She was too scared to speak up and was in pain the whole time. When I asked about supervision, one staff member said, “Sometimes this happens,” when the kids-to-supervisor ratio is exceeded.
