The ladies at the front were extremely friendly and more Importantly they genuinely care about the patients well being. Karen the Dental assistant is amazing
My boyfriend made an appointment because he needs an oral surgeon & they always say you have to go to a dentist for a referral. Boyfriend went in fine and they took X-rays & was put on antibiotics for a week because he has metal in his neck, so he needs antibiotics before each surgery. He was told to take the antibiotics for a week and he’ll get a call for an appointment for oral surgeon, never received a phone call the second week. The doctor I saw here was awesome, but the lady at the front desk is rude and nasty! I read the reviews to see if people felt likewise, and happy I wasn't the only one who experienced that with the front desk. I'm a very respectful person and I know bad customer service when I see it. These were the reasons I never came back in which I felt bad for the doctor cause the doctor was so sweet and took care of me very well. Need to get better customer service period!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! super friendly and easy to make appointment. But be ware when you show up for your appointment like I did the doors will be locked, lights off, and no one answers your phone calls. Drove over and hour to get my wisdom teeth out and ended up leaving with them still in. How pathetic to NO SHOW your customers without even a call.
Middletown Family Dental is the best During COVID I had a tooth crack and I had the worst infection that blew up fast. Rika (the office manager) got me help immediately. The infection was spreading fast and I was in a great deal of pain. Doctor Nick saw me right away and they took care of what was a very dangerous problem. Rika and Doctor Nick saved my life. Doctor Jackson later fixed quite a few teeth and his work is beautiful...a true artist. I have been going to Middletown Family Dental for 6 years now and they are GREAT!... read more
