Dr.Frank Burns is extremely knowledgeable and good at his work. I would not want to see another eye Dr. other than Dr.Burns. The staff assistant working under the Dr. Burns was fabulous in listening to me and my eye issues that developed and did a great job on setting up the meeting after the session with with the assistant she was extraordinary and new her job very well before I seen Dr.Burns. The frontline desk assistant was refreshing to have nice polite people to communicate with and listen to me as a customer / patient.... read more
The employees and doctors are very considerate and conscientious. Dr.Strickland did cataract surgery on my husband and me. We are both very pleased.
Yearly checkup - very professional service provided by the staff and doctor.
The ophthalmologist was very condescending & I left the visit crying with a very serious eye infection. He looked very annoyed with everything I asked or said. It was very obvious from his facial expressions & hand gestures.
