I had an incredibly positive experience at this counseling office - they helped me navigate through some tough times and I'm so grateful for their support. When I needed grief counseling, they provided a safe and compassionate space for me to process my emotions. The counselors are highly skilled and truly care about their clients' well-being. I highly recommend this counseling office to anyone who needs support and guidance - they have truly made a difference in my life.
The therapist Elaine is outstanding, however the receptionist is so rude and unhelpful. It’s such a shame that one terrible employee can give them a bad name. You’d think that a service dedicated to helping people would at least hire people with interpersonal skills. I teach client service skills for a living and I’ve never had such shocking service.
The receptionist responds as quickly as she can. I love that she even provided an email to me just incase I can't reach them via the telephone and she gets back to you quickly. I talk with Megan and she is great. She listens, provides insight, and we even laugh a bit. I'm so happy I reached out. I highly recommend I'm glad I ignored the negative comments and called! Thanks Megan and Althea you guys are great!
