It's been 5 months and I'm still waiting for my dentures! I do not recommend this business in fact I would give it zero stars if I could. I have called at least a half dozen times and they can't or won't tell me anything about the status of my dentures. I've paid in cash and I'm afraid I'm going to have to go to another dentist and have to pay more for what I've already had done. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!! 6 months now!!! Dr Ward was good at getting my teeth pulled. Making impressions before implants done in August. But getting my dentures is another issue. If you get to talk to someone in office you get, I will check when they are going to be here, they are supposed to be here next week or I will call you when they arrive. Answer service says i will send message to call back and NO ONE CALLS BACK. I think 5 months after impressions are done is a little ridiculous. I wish i had never paid for them first because i know they will not refund me.... read more
Worst hospital ever , After repeatedly calling for appointment due to severe pain because of temporary crown they did which is extremely painful, could not even get an appointment for more than a week. Please avoid this clinic for any complex procedures that involve pain
I had a front tooth chip so I went there to get it fixed and the tech was bragging to herself how strong the fix was… it broke after 5 days, and when I called and asked if I could get it fixed again at a lower rate they said it would be the same price as I currently am without insurance. I humbly recommend that no one go there
