Giving one star because there isn’t an option to give 0. 1) Lets begin with this place mixing my chart with another patients and prescribing me multiple heart medications on my first visit - when I was being seen for Hypertension. When questioned they blamed the scheduling center for scheduling the wrong chart, and stated me and the other patient had different middle names but exact first and last names. 2) During my visit I overheard several staff members refer to patients as “stupid and lazy” as they gathered to review som... read more
Doctors are fine. Front desk is sorely lacking. Went in for appointment, they said I had canceled. This happened not once but twice. It's hard enough getting an appointment. The docs I'd give 4-5 stars, the front desk I'd give 1-2. The doctors may be busy - but they need to realize front desk can lose people.
