Spacious apartment, but when I lived there the management sucked. The windows were cracked from the time we moved in and never got fixed the 9 months we were there. I was fine with that because I understand sometimes there can be a waiting list. The reason for this bad review is that the managers at the time never answered their phone and misinformed us. When we moved out we asked about the transfer fee amount. The managers said not to worry about it and said that transfer fee would be covered by the new residents. Months la... read more
They are good size APts for cheap! Less than $700 a month! Love them!
Large apartments, great for newlyweds and couples with a baby or two. Older, maybe 60's, some things are a little outdated, such as the cabinets. Very spacious! No dishwasher. Great place to live, feels very homey! Update: We loved living there for the first six months, but when the management changed it all went south. It's now extremely overpriced.
