Overall, this has become a very difficult and disappointing place to live since 2023. What used to feel like a manageable and somewhat community-oriented property has steadily declined under the new management, INH. The changes that have been implemented do not feel like improvements for residents they feel like cuts to services and support while shifting more costs and responsibility onto tenants. I'll be honest I moved in here about 11 years ago and back then it was cool as hell living here before the new management took over in 2023... The current management INH is rarely ever in the office and when they are its for a very short time.... The community room when the new management took over in 2023 they immediately closed the community room that was available to all residents on a daily basis..It is now only available to those who are willing to pay a security deposit of $100...
