My daughter took her cat there, they couldn’t find out what was wrong so they put her down. Now my daughter took her dog to them for a uti infections. They didn’t do the right tests. Mazzy, the dog,was doing fine. She now lays in the hospital dying from liver enzymes. Why didn’t they check that? I don’t know but i wouldn’t take anything to them. Unacceptable!

I took my kitty their and They are so very nice and caring
I had my puppy spayed and I think they took very good care of her. She got to come home the same day and is doing well
We paid $500 to ultimately bring our dog home in a box 😭. Staff is nice but the vet is only in it for the money. Had zero empathy for the situation. Will NEVER bring another pet to this clinic. I left 2 messages to speak with the vet directly and got a callback finally from the receptionist telling me the vet advised HER to reach out to me. SMH
i can’t thank the staff at middletown enough for saving my little girl suffering from parvo! they were always so kind and helpful whenever i would call to check on her, which was quite often, and took such amazing care of her. we came in as just emergency patients because no other vets office (including our usual) would take us, but they told us to get there whenever we could so they could start treatment. they now have a new patient/client for life!
They were awesome to fit me into the appointments when I first got my sick boy snoopy, now he’s as healthy as can be and living life everyday like it is his last! Snoopy gets very scared around new people and they handled him very gently. I love that they talk you through everything. They really did change his life and work with you best they can. They talk over the prices of things with you and make sure you can afford it.
Took great care of our dogs! Awesome place 5 Stars
