best customer service around! they greet you at the door and treat you like family. they listen to your needs/wants and are never pushy like other jewelry stores. they did a wonderful job repairing my wedding ring and another custom project I did for my cousin. I highly recommend them and will never go anywhere else for my jewelry.
I want to thank Middleton Jewelers for their time and beautiful work on repairing my ring. There is a history behind my diamond and the prongs were long over due for repair. My ring was ready for me 5 days after what would have been my 29th wedding anniversary. The ladies that helped me were understanding with my tears. I will be back soon for a new ring. 😊
My wife was interested in updating her wedding ring (it had received some rough wear over the last 23 years). Using her original diamond, Manny made the custom design process extremely enjoyable and relaxed. He listened to what she liked and was patient as she eliminated ideas/concepts she didn’t like. And the final design proved to be better than she/we ever anticipated. Many thanks to Manny and the team at Middleton Jewelers! The experience (and ring) could not have been better!!
Middleton Jewelers has been absolutely amazing - I will not go anywhere else. My fiance spent weeks picking out the most beautiful ring. Everyone I have dealt with has been outstanding and easy to talk to. Today I walked in TWO days before my wedding to get my ring cleaned. I realized that I forgot to get my wedding band sized (I have been a little busy planning a wedding) and they instantly went to work to get it done for me today yet. I highly recommend Middleton Jewelers. They are very knowledgeable and helpful no matter what the issue. They have a beautiful selection of jewelry and the repairs they have done for me have been exceptional. They turn repairs around in a very timely manner and their prices are reasonable and the work is excellent!

This is the best experience I have ever had! I went in just to inquire on resizing and ring repair. The estimate was totally acceptable in pricing. I also discovered what I thought were real diamonds from a piece made by a different jeweler, where in fact fake UGGHH!
