I hired Middleton to relocate the outside units on an addition I was the contractor. I hired them because the had recently installed the system for my client. I was impressed with all aspects the their work.
Middleton installed our entire HVAC system less about 1.5 years ago, and it broke over the last weekend. We have had the same technician sent to our house almost every day this week, and he has only broken it further. The a/c guy was completely wrong, left safety switches taped into an off position, cut the tape that sealed the system - so now it leaks, and left several grommets out so that now both cool air and condensation are leaking out of the system.
