The technician, Damon, was professional and friendly. He asked a few diagnostic questions, and then he worked quickly to find the problem. He advised me of the repair cost. He had already reminded me of the service fee I was given when I made the appointment. Then he worked quickly to solve the problem, and he watched the system run until he was sure that it was running normally. It was working so well that I had to set it up a degree higher.
