Not only was my daughter delivered by two of their paramedics 4 years ago. Yesterday, Middleton EMS went out of their way to make her day by coming by to wish her a happy 4th birthday with a couple of the ambulances! She thought it was so cool to be able to see the inside of the rigs! It was also nice to be able share her birth story with the paramedics who stopped out! Thank you all so much for everything you guys have done for us and all that you do for the community!!!

Thank you for looking after my son (14 months) on Thanksgiving. We were attended by a lady and gentleman, who were professional, personable, efficient, knew how to handle babies (and first-time parents) and gave us some great advice. I'm so glad to live in a city with this kind of emergency team. I'm also happy to say that our son is doing just fine :)

Very unsatisfied with their services, I was upset that they did not come and help my husband quick enough who almost died. I was upset with them on scene but did not do anything but let them know how I feel. I had several witnesses who were with me the entire time and they had gave the polices false report stating that I hit their ambulance with my hands several times when I wasn't even near their ambulance. So when people get upset it gives them a right to give false statements.
Thank you guys, along with the Middleton Police Officer and Fire Department, for doing what you did this morning. Around 5:00 AM. My mom and I had no idea what was going on with my dad and you guys did a great job with taking care of him. You guys really do make a difference in people's lives. Thank you for all that you do.
