What an incredibly friendly and professional staff! Everyone- including the staff, nurse, and doctor, had such positive, disarming bedside manners that Homer actually ate the cookies they offered to him. (This is the FIRST time he has EVER relaxed enough at a vet's office to accept and enjoy a treat)! Everyone whom I encountered seems to sincerely love dogs and genuinely love their jobs. I'm very happy!
