I'm wondering if they visited my abandoned or infrequently visited storage area ever..
Beware of the size of the unit. The 5x5 option they have is actually 3ftx3ft. False advertising and poor management. Zero stars.

It took me a while to write this review for a few reasons- one being that I needed to ensure I got my money back because trustworthiness is not something I would equate to this company. They employ people like Jill- who are rude, condescending, manipulative liars. I had been a customer for years but I am glad we are done with them.
