It took me a while to write this review for a few reasons- one being that I needed to ensure I got my money back because trustworthiness is not something I would equate to this company. They employ people like Jill- who are rude, condescending, manipulative liars. I had been a customer for years but I am glad we are done with them. She would say one thing while in person with me then act like she didn't say anything at all causing confusion and frustration. Ok so I am giving Middlesex self storage a 1 star review because I can’t give them 0 stars, due to the incompetence and rudeness of the office workers and the the absence of a management who does not respond to emails , complaints, and any other problem associated with this property. I am willing to accept certain issues that are beyond the control of employees who have no power or say so in the day to day services but to be talked to in a way that is unbecoming of a respectable adult is ridiculous. I have been a customer for almost two years and never had any issues. The storage facility is clean and safe, temperature of the climate controlled units was always adequate. The front desk lady is very helpful and straightforward. The rent wasn’t raised for the amount of time I had the unit and I got my deposit back right away after I moved out. I will definitely return if I ever need to.
They are always going to talk to you and hear you out with whatever problem you may have is run very well and the staff is very polite thank you Self Storage thank you Jennifer
