Had a terrible experience here. Came in to open a personal checking account. I was given a lukewarm welcome by someone when I came in, who was the vice president. I am Black, which I believe played a big role in my experience there. I gave my State ID and a credit card for identification. The man didn’t seem to like that I gave him a state ID, and began treating me as if I was suspicious. One of the most friendly banks I have ever been to. Louis is a great bank teller, always has a great attitude and is always willing to help you with whatever business you are looking to do! Online banking is easy to navigate, great local bank!
I love going there, the place is clean and look very nice. Two of the elderly ladies are not pleasant to me. Beside them two, the men's are very nice and the young ladies are very nice.
