These people legit suck big you know what’s. No need to explain….. these people are terrible and work bc they’re miserable and must not be able to find any other work. They don’t anything they’re supposed to do. They SUCK. I didn’t even want to give them one star but I was forced to choose one. And I hope they see this !!!!!
Loved my apartment and building staff at 363 Bond St, but very disappointed with management and their lack of communication, professionalism, and resolution. Upon move out, they deducted hundreds of dollars in material charges for flooring that was not beyond normal wear and tear (see photos attached). Excellent work by the property manager and superintendent at Carteret Gardens in facilitating and expediting the completion of the flooring repairs in my apartment. I especially appreciate the above-and-beyond assistance with moving items in preparation for the work — it made the process much smoother. Thank you to Steve W., Paul, Alex, and everyone else who supported this effort — your swift responsiveness and follow-through made all the difference.
HORRIBLE! THEY DO NOT CARE ! SOMEONE LITERALLY HUNG UP THE PHONE AS I WAS SPEAKING! SOMEONE NEEDS TO LOOK INTO MIDDLESEX MANAGEMENT.
They were very prompt, maintenance issues were fixed within minutes and apartments are very well renovated and the community is strong.
