Absolutely the Worst Management Company I’ve Ever Dealt With – Avoid at All Costs If I could give Middlesex Management zero stars, I would. The worst customer service and property management team ever. I moved out of my apartment April 22nd, as of today July 2nd I still have not received my security deposit. The check has been missing in the mail, for 52 days. I now have had to get a lawyer involved because the people who work here 1. will not issue a stop payment and send out a new check, 2. will not transfer me to manager or the move out department to escalate my case. Simply having to work with them deserves a negative review. It is absurd that even by consenting to prepaying 12 months' rent in a lease extension + change of tenant, the newcomer can't be a leaseholder right away. They break apart the extension and change of tenant as two separate parts and double the paperwork and put the customers under unnecessary troubles just because of their stupid rules. This managment has gone above and beyond to assist me in my problem. The managment office at Perth amboy (Amanda) especially had gone above and beyond to help me and I am so great-full. I am still working to get an issue resolved but they are so understanding and helpful and I am beyond great-full!
