My apartment complex charged me a late fee because of a bug in their system. When they made the mistake, they simply apologized, asked for understanding, and refunded the fee. does anyone answer the phone? this is the WORST management company. we called this morning and decided to get a call back. an hour went by and nothing. then we sat on the phone for another 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer and then they disconnected me when it got to 30 minutes. they do not care about their residents.
Very disappointing experience. I’ve been dealing with an ongoing AC problem, and the maintenance team has been unprofessional and unwilling to properly address it. Customer service is also extremely poor, they don’t answer their phones, making it nearly impossible to get any support or updates. Overall, this has been very frustrating and unacceptable. Don’t bother renting with this management unless you have nothing better to do than spend your time chasing maintenance and following up with customer service.
Worst Management
If you see a complex is managed by this trash company, RUN. By far the worst, most embarrassing property management company in all of NJ Update: After talking to someone by the name of Anthony Loffredo regarding an ongoing issue Im having with a neighboring tenant over a multitude of issues, I was told in regards to the marijuana smoke filling my unit because the neighboring tenant smokes in his garage next to my unit thus filling my unit with the smoke, according to Anthony there is nothing they can do.
