Why would you turn off the heat in the pool just because the sun is out for one day!!!!?poor management I guess everyone is scared of the budget.pay rent on time for the past 2 years since I been here and raised 90$.For what??I ain't getting anything more for that 90$ other than frustration.
Now that I have lived in one of their property for a year and they are doing an ok job maintaining the community (Rivendell Meadows), I raised the stars in my review. Old review: Simply having to work with them deserves a negative review. It is absurd that even by consenting to prepaying 12 months' rent in a lease extension + change of tenant, the newcomer can't be a leaseholder right away. Terrible service, especially the maintenance team is horrible
I am writing this review with tears in my eyes I moved in a month ago. I notified mice droplets on the stove, floor and now in the food pantry. I complained management put down traps nothing else they can do. I am afraid to live in the apartment it’s uncomfortable and not safe I asked to break my lease they refused to I am so afraid of rats due to childhood trauma have no money to move . They refused to give me back my deposit or let me out of lease without consequences. Living in hell
