I have been living with Middlesex management for over 5 years. I have had over 5 neighbors above me with no issues or concerns . Recently my new neighbor ( who has psychological issues) has been attempting to disrupt our community by yelling. Stomping after hours . Accusing Tenants of tampering with his camera and ATTACKED/ Threatened their own Middlesex manager workers. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Middlesex Management is hands down the most careless, outdated, and unresponsive company I’ve ever dealt with. They act like it’s 1995 instead of 2025 — still sending paper letters instead of emails, even after I’ve told them multiple times I’m still getting mail for a former resident. Nothing gets fixed, nothing gets updated, and no one ever takes accountability. The parking lot is a disaster — full of leftover sand, nails, and debris from months-old construction.
