I was applying for senior housing and jumped through the high tech hoops,but I refused to go through their third party verifier,who admits that they are retaining your information.!!!! Having been the victim of over 6 data breaches I refused to let them keep my data to then turn around and sell to others.I guess Middlesex does not care as long as they get paid and get a kickback..........Prove me wrong!!
I have been living at delaware heights for 3 years and very happy with management and the maintenance team is very professional and friendly the property is very clean. whenever i have any issues related to maintenance it is resolved in a timely manner. Violetta is amazing i recently had a maintenance issue that was quickly resolved by henry excellent customer service he was very professional.
Absolutely the Worst Management Company I’ve Ever Dealt With – Avoid at All Costs If I could give Middlesex Management zero stars, I would. This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a property management company. I moved in over a month ago, and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. It took them five full days to fix the air conditioning — in the middle of summer. That alone should tell you how little they care about their tenants’ comfort or urgency of service requests. A terrible building management company. Lived in one of their buildings for 4.5 years and each year the service and quality went down as the price went up. When I first got there they had 24 hour concierge service that eventually got reduced to only 8 hours a day. After my first year I had 2 roommates swap out and they were kind enough to spackle and repaint the holes left by the former for free.
